Policy Statement

Luke-Taylor School of Performing Arts is committed to providing an inclusive environment where all children and young people are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.

We aim to ensure that no student, parent, or staff member is discriminated against on the grounds of:

The School is committed to:

We believe that performing arts should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Where appropriate, the School will make reasonable adjustments to support students with additional needs or disabilities, where it is practical and safe to do so.

Parents/carers are encouraged to discuss any support requirements at the time of enrolment.

Behaviour and Discrimination

The School does not tolerate discrimination, bullying, harassment, or victimisation of any kind. Any behaviour of this nature may result in:

  • A warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Removal from classes

Safeguarding and Equality

This policy works alongside the School's Safeguarding Policy to ensure all children are protected and supported equally.

Responsibility

The School owner is responsible for ensuring this policy is implemented fairly and consistently.

All teachers, including guest or freelance staff, are expected to follow this policy.

Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if required.
